My name is Dr Joanne Kenney. As both a yoga teacher and a neuroscientist, I’m passionate about integrating the principles of yoga and neuroscience to support physical and mental well-being. My approach is designed to help you deepen your mind-body connection, promoting balance and resilience in all areas of life. I look forward to guiding you on this transformative journey.
I am a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher and professional member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, dedicated to promoting the highest standards in yoga teaching and practice.


Transformative 6-week course
This in-person course runs for 1 hour each week over 6 weeks and will explore the following topics:
